Shilpi Chandra is a curator and art historian specializing in American and Asian-American contemporary art. Her curatorial practice is rooted in making art accessible through exhibitions that bring people into public and community spaces. She is an assistant curator at the Hudson River Museum in Yonkers and has curated shows at community art spaces in Manhattan, Queens, and Westchester County.
